UPON WAKING RITUAL

Let your breath spirit wake your body with each rise and fall of your tummy - lay a hand across

your navel & feel the motion of your muscles as you breath.

Open your eyes & exhale. Move

your body softy - wiggle toes and fingers, rock back across your spine, peel your shoulders

away from your heart. Hold on to the ephemera of dream - take notes.

Get up.

Put on something soft, warm, something to hold the fire in your heart. Face the sun wherever she rises.

Reach up to the sky, say hello, say hello to yourself and the world. Reach down to the earth, say

hello, say hello to yourself and the world. Curve your hips into infinity, say hello, say hello to

yourself and the world. Touch your heart as a prayer, a cross, a circle, say hello. Invite in your

helpers - your Elevated Ancestors, your Angels, your Higher Self, friendly spirits and guides -

invite them into your life and say hello, good morning, thank you. Go into the room where you

make food and drink - make your morning warming drink* - this may be coffee, tea, bone broth,

warm water.

*if you are making a warm coffee or tea, add cinnamon (of Fire & Sun) for good luck and

protection, add ginger (of Fire & Mars) for heat & success, add hazelnut (of Air & Mercury) for

wisdom, vanilla (of Water & Venus) for love, add lavender (of Air & Mercury) for heart healing &

quick wisdom.

Take a moment or five to settle on an intention for your day. Before drinking, take a single spoon

and stir clockwise while asking your spiritual helpers for their blessing - SPEAK your intention

into the world. SPEAK gratitude for all you have. SPEAK love for their help, protection, blessing.

Exhale. Drink slowly, with intention. Move into the day.

FIRE FINDS A WAY

To help remove unwanted energies from your vibes

Supplies: whole bay leaves, black marker, paper, black or white tea lights (one of each, two of

the same), last quarter moon sky, a lighter or match, warm socks, cold air, a collection bowl,

cold clear water in a clear glass

If you can, do this ritual outside where the air moves. If you cannot, open a window or three.

In a space near the windows or in the open air, sit with your supplies in front of you within easy

reach. Set one candle near the glass of water - take a breath or five to settle into flow. Light the

candle and invite in all your spiritual helpers who would like to help with removing. Say thank

you to the clear clean water and offer it to your helpers - you may hold the glass in your hand

and SPEAK your offering, you may set the glass on your altar and SPEAK your offering, trust

yourself. Gaze at the flame as long as your animal body wants or needs. When you are ready,

say thank you to the bay leaves for helping you and write what you would like to release on the

bay leaf (leaves) with the black marker. Light the second candle - ask the flame to help you

remove the unwanted energy. Listen. Say thank you. Hold the collection bowl in one hand and a

single bay leaf in the other. Pass the bay leaf through the flame & SPEAK “Fire always finds a

way”. HOLD the burning bay leaf over the collection bowl to catch the ash as it burns. Please,

don’t burn yourself. Do this as many times as you need. Collect the ash. Say thank you to the

bay for helping you. Say thank you to the flame for helping you. Disperse the ash into the wind

and say thank you to the wind for taking what you no longer need away from you. Say thank you

to the earth for absorbing the ash and creating new life. Say thank you to your helpers. Let the

candles burn out (if you can). Ask your helpers where to disperse the water - you may be asked

to leave it on the altar, pour into the earth or a potted plant, take a sip. Open to the messages

your helpers have for you and trust.
